One of Nova Scotia’s finest is officially signed and coming home to Halifax! After playing on the international stage, Sarah is back where it all started: playing for her city in front of friends, family, and passionate fans.

From leading the Calgary Blizzard Soccer Club to a League 1 Alberta Championship as player-coach, to competing at the highest level with Hapoel Ra’Anana in Israel’s Ligat Al, Sarah has earned a reputation as a dynamic and gritty midfielder. She also played an integral role in representing Canada at the U20 Women’s World Cup in Papua New Guinea in 2016, further solidifying her status as a top-tier player.

Her accomplishments don’t end there. Sarah’s time at Boise State University earned her numerous accolades, including being named to the All-Mountain West Second Team and being recognized as a NCAA Division 1 Academic All-District player. But after years of playing and coaching abroad, Sarah is thrilled to finally be returning home to Halifax, where it all began.

For Sarah, soccer is more than just a game — it’s about pushing yourself to new limits, connecting with people, and experiencing the sport in ways that go beyond just wins and losses.

Now, as part of Halifax Tides FC, Sarah is bringing that same passion and determination to the club. Expect to see her on the pitch giving it her all, from every pass to every tackle, leaving everything on the field for Tides FC.

Welcome to the club, Sarah!
